Travel Awards

We are pleased to announce a limited number of travel grants for graduate students who are interested in presenting posters at the 31st National Medicinal Chemistry Symposium on the University of Pittsburgh campus, June 15-19, 2008.  These grants will cover registration, coach airfare, ground transportation to and from the airport, food, and dorm lodging up to a total of $950. 
                                 
To apply for a travel grant:

• Submit your poster on the web at http://www.nmcs.pitt.edu/posters.htm.Please follow the abstract submission guidelines posted on the poster abstract link.
• Send via email to goldbi@pitt.edu:
  • an additional copy of your abstract
  • a proposed travel budget
  • a letter from your doctoral research advisor supporting your application.

The deadline for travel award submissions is March 16, 2008.  Awardees of travel grants will be notified by May 10, 2008.
